  • WHY DO YOU NOT CHARGE FOR YOUR EVENTS?
    Our Events as well as the Mentorship program are our way to connect to the market. We want to stay up to date with the needs of the industry and our goal is to make Gilded Youth a known brand. This is our way to contribute to an ongoingly growing market and in return we'd be happy to be the go to institution for businesses and individuals to find help in developing their own or their employee's skills.
  • WHO IS BEHIND GILDED YOUTH?
    Peter Kibble is the founder of Gilded Youth. Peter studied Organisational Psychology and Commerce at the Australian National University and has seen a lot of success within the recruitment world, recruiting executive level positions for some of Australia’s leading organisations. Peter also is the co-owner of Ford Peterson, a recruiting business he started to match companies and candidates within the accounting, finance and risk recruitment world.
  • WHAT IS INVOLVED IN BEING A PARTICIPANT OF YOUR MENTORSHIP PROGRAM?
    To maximise the effectiveness of the program, we ask for a minimum commitment from all parties of 6 months. Within those 6 months, the minimum requirements include: Attending quarterly Breakfasts 30 minute conversation once per month with your counterpart - the way of communication is up to the participants and further information on this will be found in the next step Our accompanying events will allow you to extend your professional network and learn from other professionals while getting together in a casual environment.
